Seven phases of support
Beaulieu is a new district in Chelmsford combining inspirational architecture and landscaping with premium housing and exemplary community facilities. It has a unique identity, inspired by the local Tudor heritage in the shape of New Hall School, formerly King Henry VIII’s palace.
A major development, 4Site was commissioned by Countryside Properties, now Vistry, to produce Marketing Suites, hoarding and signage for seven phases of work: Beaulieu Park, Beaulieu Square, Beaulieu Chase, Beaulieu Keep, Beaulieu Oaks, Beaulieu Gate and Beaulieu Heath.
Everything we produced needed to be in keeping with the overarching Beaulieu development brand, conceived as a sustainable urban extension to Chelmsford and combining traditional and contemporary homes.

A sense of arrival
Every aspect of Beaulieu has been carefully considered, with public art and landscaped entrance ways and meeting places drawing people in.
We continue to work with Vistry to produce the full set of signage needed for each phase, in a style that captures the fresh spirit of Beaulieu and is cost effective to deliver.
Every item has been manufactured in-house and our installation team has been responsible for precision implementation at every stage.
